RatRPOS?

Anyone know where I can find this utility? I googled it and it only turned up a link to neocroncentral.net, which appears to hate me with the utmost intensity (site isn't coming up for me.. everything else is though..)

neocroncentral works for me, but the link it gives to download it doesnt work :(

looks like the file has been taken off the server, might have it saves somewhere so i'll have a look for you
