Crashing during install

I'm trying to do a fresh install of Neocron on one of my machines, I have all the patches so I dragged them into the patch directory.

I deleted patch 159 to avoid that bug.

I click on update and it gets as far as 186, tries to download it and the launcher.

Any ideas, I checked the Tech help forum and i dont see anything about it.

Yeah happened to mine, you need to update the launcher, thats inside your neocron directory, the put the patches back in, and then re-update..

So i remove all the patches from the directory then update?

When i remove the patches and click update it just tries to download all the patches again.

shift delete is no your friend, now i just deleted all my patches :(

Overwrite the existing NeocronLauncher.exe with
ftp://ftp.neocron.com/retailpatches/NeocronLauncher.exe

And do your update with the downloaded patchfiles.

delete patch 159 and 185? and 186 and allow it to dl that from the launcher
also make sure you have the updated launcher
