I am sure the "check files" button on your Neocron browser or even starting up the game will get these downloads for you a lot quicker and easier as your files are scaned to ensure you have a playable version of the game.

EDIT: If it does not solve your problem I really do advise you save all your patches to a seperate file, re-install Neocron and put all the patches back in the right place, this is likely to solve your problem quicker and easier. Remember to keep the updated launcher also :D
