Wanted to ask a serious question about Parashock..

You know how people get pissed off at Stealthers getting away because they dun wanna die?

Was thumbing through another thread, and I had a thought.

Doesn't parashock kinda stop people that can run hella fast from running away?

I don't care if this doesn't justify parashock in general. I know parashock is abused to holy hell on a daily basis, but I wanted to know people's thoughts on this.

when people get shot enough (for example when near death - when most stealthers just stealth away), the force dmg slows them down enough - not like para which slows them to a crawling pace.
