The new requirements for the PPU spells have been added to http://nc.synergyxr.net
The only spell that isn't up to date is holy catharsis sanctum because I can't find anyone online who will tell me the PPU requirement. If someone can post that here I will finish updating the site. Someone please let fenix know that his site is out of date on the PPU spells too.
