u mean even though the CS is very powerful already u wanto make it immensly powerful by going thru buffs? no fucking way, PPU's would then just be useless and it would make the gun just far to powerful

You missed the point of the sniper mod. It removes the shields, but does crap damage so it's only affective if you have a 2nd weapon or if you are in a team.

the Cs mods wouldnt debuff they just do XRAY FIRE and NOVA
