windows 2003 install

i'm hoping someone can help me i installed neocron on a win2k3 server it installed fine i got all the patches installed np but when i go to launch the game it acts like its going to start then it opens a window and then it goes away thats it



i am logged on as admin i have full admin rights

can anyone give me any suggestions on how to get it to work

i tried the compalibility settings in the properties of the shortcuts
no luck
