This is the final attempt I came up with...I haven't been playing him very long so he's still a work in progress...I have to say they're terribly fun to play...anyway...whatta ya think? (the massive transport was because I didn't know whatelse to put it in...I figure I don't need something like 400 melee and I cap Force...got all the HC I need)

when they increase the TLs of melee weapons wonder how much melee you'll need to cap it all

Well...I've been capping everything for a while...hopefully though 205 will always handle it...and if not I have more than enough Transport to mess around with...haha

Only comment I would really make is get rid of all other bones apart from Bat Queen Arm and replace with XRAY. This will allow you to free up some more XRAY CON points and stick them into fire.

My tank has 598 body health with a hazard, its plenty.

Personally Its almost identical to mine, get rid of recycle and vehicle use, whats the point? o_O

Most melee tanks either want to be uber PPUs or Uber hackers, for warbies and a Spy3 + 75 hack will probably get ya a OP

the vehicle is usefull for getting away on your hovertec when you need it, a number of pker tanks use it to get about.

the 20 rec isnt much, so 20 points isnt that bad, you can recycle medis and stamina boosters.

theres no slow down on the melee PA, so its not like hes going to need like 130 in agility and with 75 in ath and 105 in agil hes gonna run like the wind anyway

I prefer the Advanced Movement Controller 3 over the Melee 3. It'll free up more Con points for resists, or you could run a little faster. Plus it'll free up some Dex points by getting rid of the minus TC.

You can easily get the MC points back by speccing less Transport.

yup its not like as a melee tank you have any real need for a lot of transport since your not exactly carrying heavy weapons around on you.

Transport DOES help you if you go out farming mobs- carrying around the loot with you. But sadly trans only seems helpful early on... towards Str cap you can carry tone even without any trans.

change hardenbackbone 3 to strength booster 3, a melee tank doesnt need the hc boost, but needs agility :)
so hardenbackbone is def. wrong

personally id go for about 230 melee and about 50 transport, something like that anyway

Ok...I changed a couple things that were suggest...probably not really in the way they had been intended...but they work...like now in fire/nrg/xray I'll have 150+ total protection...though the resist % gain after 150 total armor is barely worth it in my opinion...it goes up so negligable...got a bit more TC and Agl...anyway...here it is

[edit: I should add I'll have the 150+ in those resists once I get the Filter 2]

DG needs 84 T-C ...
Why 29 VHC?
Hover needs 25.
Wheeler/Chaincraft v.1 needs 37 (and INT 15 ! ).

Change that.

Kill Movement 3, use Marine.
Kill Str Boost 3, use Exp Reflex 4.

Use the whole Antigamma Set and get more fire.
Devourer is the weapon against melee.

Use 2nd PA.

Btw u got str 119.
Move + Zerk 3 + PA 1 + Str Boost 3 = 15

Heavy Damage: 0.8(80%) HC + 0.2(20%) WPL
Heavy Frequency: 0.5(50%) HC + 0.2(20%) WPL + 0.3(30%) STR
Heavy Handling: 0.4(40%) HC + 0.2(20%) WPL + 0.4(40%) STR
Heavy Range: 0.3(30%) HC + 0.2(20%) WPL

If u want that, get just a bit more WEP.

not even...

he need smore body health...

and the xray amount is good...but you have to much ath for a melee tank...

you can get rid of the vehicle use and recyling and add it to agility to make up for the ath loss and have a better con setup...

im fast as hell and i only have 50 ath

edit: i just noticed u dont got a marine in...why?:wtf:
