it mostly requires dex so the monks cant get +4 int. The spies get the 76 dex or whatever it reqires so they can still use it. Just a way to slow the heavybelt monks down some. I'd like it to be int based so monks have an eye that means something :) smart 1 isnt the coolest eye arround but that 1+ int can be nice when you are one from int 99 and heavy poison.

Yeah, but int as its put forward by the game is smarts, not electricity.

Just let that be and make other things better like more int gain =)
Feel sorry for us crappy con crappy int "cant really use anything else because our low int gain = low int lvl" So we need to put 3 things in PSI hell make PPW int gain instead :D

It requires Dex because it's primary purpose is raising Tech-Combat, the increased intelligence is just an added bonus.
