How long on average does Helpdesk take to reply?

I've logged a call about a restore, which I seem to remember someone saying is quite time limited, and I've been waiting all day for a reply other than the automated one...

it might take a few days or up to 2 weeks if it isnt important, i e-mailed them and ive still been waiting for 4 months now :(

ive never had to wait more than 2 days for any of my helpdesk requests, no matter what it was i needed

edit: if you have lost items you wont be getting them back

Last request I made went though totally, inside of 24 hours. I would give it another day then reply to the mail asking for a progress report.

i never waited more than 2 days for an answer..the last 2 times i had my problems sorted after 2 hours roughly 8|

I finally met Danae, on saturn some weeks ago when plaza 1 was bugged to, buggery.

Very nice person, very genuine and polite, she doesnt seem like a GM, she seems like Wench's sister (personal saturn joke) :angel:
