it's a bug so I posted it on bug, I wanted to know if other peopple noticed this so I ask here. the only reason I linked to another thread is cause I didn't want to repeat myself.

two problems with malediction

sometimes I get square hits (right on target) and there is no damage -- this occurs both with mobs and players

also

I have really high handling on mal and a lot of HC, so I can basicly take aim and hit stuff from across the map. There is a hit and I can see damage roll off ----- but the damage bar does not go down. I have to get much closer in order to actually damage something.

nope.. never had that problem.. all my weapons always do dmg.

The only thing I have noticed with it is that you see no damage numbers coming of the mob some times, but it still takes the damage, and I ahve been using my male alot recently.

I've had that problem with shooting hoverbots / hover bombers.

Direct hits where the ball disappears, and obviously doesn't go beyond the mob.

I've also seen where you can aim with the mob perfectly in the crosshairs and the fusion ball will hit 10 to 30 meters in front of the mob. Then, the mob falls down.

I wonder if some of the problem is that it doesn't post to the paging file properly. Or, graphics problem with locations.
