The Comic, Needing some stuff...

First off, Just as a reminder, I started writing a comic for neocron, so I could possibly bring some more popularity to neocron, and yah. And now, being pretty much almost finished with the story (the story is kinda On going due to the fact that there are possibly 2-3 more expansions left in the series :D ) anywho, this is what I need

1#I need to know all the legal mumbo, Jumbo, so I dont get sued or anything like that, Im doing this for the NC community (and maybe my portfolio :D )

2# i need some characters"sub-characters" please make some interesting discriptions and such, and i will draw them out and make a web poll on whats the best.

3# How much does photoshop cost in general? Im moderatly poor

4#And Lastly, does anyone know a good NC site that would host my comic?

Adobe Photoshop CS is listed as $649 on Adobe's site. There is probably a way to get a student discount (if you're a student) but I don't see it on the site.
