Is it me or does the SLASHER lag u up?

well ive been in pepper park fighting like normal and there is a spy there called vanas :D uber fighter but he uses a slaher and that lags up my computer alot O_o and makes me hard to fight also a capped freq hl lags me abit too but not as bad as slasher.

anyone else have these probs????? :rolleyes:

everything lags me up, ecspecially the dev lol, i never noticed slasher doing it tho, hl does a bit to but only if i get it

It could be anywayz i always have lag when i see a holy nrg halo casted the effects now are to heavy on my machine :(

No wonder it lags you up then. lol

The 1.5 GHz is okay although that's a little outdated nowadays. Your RAM and video card is what's holding you back though. 384 RAM for Windows XP makes your PC just run really slow in general. I suggest getting AT LEAST 512 RAM for XP, probably more and upgrading your video card to todays standard.

I usually play on a 2GHz Athlon XP, but last night was on the other machine (my "work" machine ;) ):

3.4GHz (PG-800FSB) HT Intel Pentium® 4 CPU 512k Cache

something must be wrong in your windows setups then.

Only time I lag is when my mother is downloading....


Any other times I never lag.

I hit that very spy from the first post in pepper park with my ravager... 5 times. Zero damage.
Must be the lag from his gun as other chars did take damage.
Nerf the slasher!!!!

If that was on saturn i crashed and woke up dead in PP, not suprising cause i was hitting everyone with my DG but oh well :(

i dont have any probs with a slasher causing lag, i do know that ya dont wonna be Vanas's enemy hehe

he does some nice damage with that thing i noticed :)
