Ok, we've been debating this on the SXR Forums, but I still don't buy it. I took 20 screenshots of an OP hack with FN when he was a pure tradeskiller, no RCL or WPW. Then I lommed him to a droner... 25 more screenshots later, the hack screens are virtually THE SAME.
HCK 105
INT 102
DEX 127
RCL 0, then 185
If RCL or WPW made *any* difference, the hack screens would show some sort of difference after adding 185 WPW and 185 RCL.
So there's some skill guide that says Hacking: 0.9(90%) HCK + 0.1(10%) RCL.... where is it? If the number of nodes, number of possible connections on my side, and number of possible connections, stays the same on average with a difference of 185 RCL (18.5% hack difference?) then Hack itself has a cap like the resists do at which point, it makes absolutely no difference.
Maybe if I had 50 hack and 185 RCL I would see a difference, but I can tell you, for an in-game fact, that the difference between 105 HCK and 0 RCL and 105 HCK and 185 RCL, (practically) doesn't exist.
So what's goin on?
