why cant i get on test server

when i go to log on it says my account is expired wut is going on:(

That means your account was expired during the last test server database update.

And before you ask, the test server database is kept seperate from the normal one to prevent a patch from completely buggering up both the normal and test parts of the database.

Anyway, there's nothing you can do about it except wait until there's another test server database update.

I've had my NC game account since april/may 2003 and i'ver never been able to connect to the test server

i was getting the same error a few months back

i e-mailed account@neocron.com and within a day or so it was fixed.
