flashfxp makes you wait a lil while at when you start it up after 30 days.. part from that its cool

Hm. A whole load of them (http://download.com.com/3120-20-0.html?qt=ftp&tg=dl-2001&search=+Go%21+). Can't guarantee anything good that's free, but almost all of those have a free trial.

edit: This one (http://download.com.com/3000-2160-10190184.html?tag=lst-0-8) looks pretty good.

I use LeechFTP personally.... but just because it was the first one that I saw. :)
