View Full Version : Lom - Exp points quite high from ST?
Hi,
Q1) I'm lomming transport from my tank.
STR before one TRA LOM: 164,235,744
STR after one TRA LOM: 163,405,392
One LOM at this level will remove 830,352 points of EXP.
Is this the correct amount of EXP at this level? I thought it was more like 200,000.
Q2) What is the EXP level for reaching 100 STR. I would like to stay above this mark.

156mil for 100 str
and once you get near to 100mil the exp loss gets pretty crazy.
i lommed my tanks trans about 80 str

Lom cost is VERY high at higher levels :/

Anyone know how much TRA a tank really needs? I have way too much in TRA, which I meant to LOM but decided not to after Loms initially became Loss Of Levels.

10 - 20 at most if you really think you need it.
IMPs and natural STR should easily bring it up to about 120(?) free load when totally unburdened.

The XP loss is dependend on your current XP. Its about 0.5 %
It is independent from the level.

Yes this is what I;m seeing.
Frist LOM took 830352.
Second took 826352
Third took 834096
I don't really understand how this is being calculated because the figure should have decreased on the third LOM..
Tanks don't need ANY transport skill. If you really must spend points in something other than HC, put them in force resist.

I have shed loads in TRA. 98 natural. This is going to be very painfull.

TRA is somat like 0.4 % tra and 0.4 %STR so you need none
Then is there a cap for H-C?
i was loosing about 900k of con xp per lom....thats nothing :p

not one u can reach without putting kami chip in....
my tank gets 227/min - 240% aiming - capped dmg on cs...with max h-c points i can get on my own...except for a herc, but +5 wont be much more, only when i put my kami in i get fully capped cs/doomie/h-c guns.
At thread started and opti...cap is actually 157million, the low 157 mill that is...like 157.100.xxx

off topic: Anyone want to swap a pistol kami for a tank kami on uranus?
it aint worth using a kami for anything less that fannying about using capped cs and devils grace [nearly capped] at the same time....so to cap h-c is impossible...u dont really need aiming rof/aiming capped on a cs and definately not on a devourer. 200% aiming and like 205 - 215/min is more than good enuf imo...my tank doesnt get that anymore, that was from using the shit imps...like targetting 3 and pa3 instead of amc3 and vk.
I had capped psi on my monk when I lommed him from APU to PPU, by the time I was done I had lost over 60 million XP........so yea if ur gonna LOM the best lvl to do is around 60ish you can do tons there without losing a lvl......

MC needs none, HC depends on the setup, make sure you can cap your CS/Dev/Whatever and still get 200 Prc resist
