Hey I use this to help me setup and have a question about the % ranges that deal with the protection and the pvp damage. If it has a range of say 87.54-99% does that mean some times it is 99 and sometimes 87 or can any one try to explain this a litle for meh?(that has to do with Protection) What about the pvp ranges? EXAMPLE 4.04-2.02% in energy pvp .. plz try to help if you know this program.....

the dmg range is dependant on the % u get on shelter/deflector

so if i cap (574%) my shelter can def then i should theoretically have 99% protection if i have range of 91.73-99%?
