Trying to clarify this.

His idea that he did not state clearly:
Why not have open PvP in warzones only and allow a dueling system in anarchy zones. IE: You right click a runner and a engage in duel option is there. They have to agree to it, just like joining a team or riding in a vhc.
His idea was in not so good english, so I thought I would clarify and then give an example so ppl see what it would kinda be like.
All that being said I vote no. It would ruin epic missions for one thing. I had to run in TH the other day and gank some ppl for the epic. I am sure they wouldn't want to duel.
