What effects holy res speed ?

Is it just the freq on the module ? or does your personal damage % due to PPU skill effect it also, and if so then wouldn't damage mods help speed the cast time ?

I cant tell if modding damage might be better than modding freq etc ?

PSU, and PPU through the multiplier of the object stats on the spell. (Frequency)

PSI Frequency: 0.4(40%) APU/PPU + 0.4(40%) PSU

For spells frequency% influences rof, range% influences range, and damage% has variable effects dependin on the spell but is general strength of the spell. The cap for rat of fire on Holy Ressurect is 2/min, you can't do any better then that.
