How about if you complete a trade with a hostile faction both you and person you are trading with loose FS in your respective faction?

I would say yes, if you got seen and such, but that would be so hard to engineer.

I say yes, but only in certain sectors. Inner city sectors, yes, but anywhere more discreet (where no one can see and thus 'report' your trading) no FS should be lost.

would thier be any point?

Their is no real use gor a good FS, its only when you get like -50 that you would have to start worring if u ever wanted to join the nemy faction.
Untill their are some kind of reward for a good FS (for instance cheaper goods with faction friendly NPCs?) thier isent much point in worrying about things like this.

Yes, but after DoY is introduced. At the moment the populations are not large enough.

If they removed SL, and made FS reason whether you are kos or can use traders in cirtain areas, then there would be a lot of point.

humm, KK should read thease poasts more than they do.... thiers some realy great ideas here.
Although not long ago their was a very similar post about the rewards you should get for being your chosen faction, i think this topic is going to slip back into that domain.
