I'm having some issues figuring out the epic for Tangent at level 20.. See I was told to go see some scientist guy out at Point Red in the wastelands and convince him to rejoin Tangent to give them an edge in a weapons contract race between Tangent and Bio. Well I talked to him and then went to see his friend in the pepper park subway station, and convinced his friend (with a 5k bribe) to convince his friend to rejoin Tangent... But when I go to the HQ to tell the guy I'm done he acts like I haven't gone to the wastelands guy yet... I even went back and checked with him and he just said the same thing as before after I'd finished the initial conversation... What do I need to do now >.<
