Ive got a problem. My account recently expired as my credit card itself had expired. I was unaware at the time as my card was in the post and handt arrvied by the time to account expired. I cant see an option on the homepage so can someone direct me or have i lost my account for good cos my bank messed me around?

Email account@neocron.com from the email on record. We can give you the futurepay ID# that you can use to access Worldpay and update your credit card info.

ok but can you elaborate on what you mean by "account on record" as in send a reply via the email with my information?
