Do a traceroute to the server, if you are having probs it'll cut out for sure. I am stuck in my own state can't get beyond it.

The server is up but the servers along the way to states/canada are down. (they pass the signal along)

To connect to the neocron server, or any server, it's required to do server hops and such from network to network. Specialized server networks are designed to take your signal and forward to wherever. Level 3 is such a redirecting network, and it likes to go down a lot for some reason when we play NC. Usually only people outside of europe get this bad luck, I think Level 3 ends in UK.
