I know these guys were supposedly going to be spawned the day after the Jail opened, so whens this gonna happen?

I asked an FC when the Jail was first opened and I was told like, a day or two after, but no luck apparently. Maybe it was delayed for some reason. Im curious myself.

I wasn't sure if that's how you gambled, I figured there would be a machine/devise(slot machine, roulette wheel etc...), I didn't think it would be done through dialog with an NPC.....
