Well, for the past 2 days ive been crashing non stop.. within 2 minutes of playing i crash or my computer just locks up. This has happened a while back, and the next day everything was running great. So anyway, has anyone else experienced this problem? if so would anyone out there know how to fix this problem? I've re-formated my computer and reinstalled my newest video card/sound drivers and also re-installed neocron.. still f*cking crashing constantly. blah...... im starting to lose interest in this game by every crash.. any help would be appreciated ASAP

If you run WinXP, check out Elric's Thread (http://neocron.jafc.de/showthread.php?s=&threadid=91752). :)

xp pro?

u might wanna visit some tweak pages and tune the system a bit, virtual mem etc, there's one at http://http://www.tweakxp.com/performance_tweaks.aspx

i'm not Uber tech-minded, so if there's better stuff out there, someone plz yell :)

it could be faulty ram, as u pointed out, tho i don't think faulty ram can actually damage other hardware.

is the XP up to date? there's several system hang-ups with the default install of an XP, also u might want to try the omega nvidia drivers.

could be BIOS settings also? i found Spread Spectrum crashed my system, at least
