Plus you get a nifty Tech Parts tracker. :p

As for the rest of the weapons except PSI, I think that the lists at http://neocron.ems.ru/ should be current.

Not recent, but most of the guns (not spells) are still up to date on http://www.croncom.com or http://neocron.ems.ru (both dating back from patch #187 it seems and getting a bit long in the tooth)

As you know almost all the spells got higher reqs recently so those reqs will be innacurate...
