anyone had a good look in there? I tried to with my PP char, guards are very tough - toughest thing I've been hit with yet.

can any faction go in there without being attacked?

You need at least +5 SL to enter.

The lower SL, the better.

Any faction can get in there without being attacked. :p

You'll need negative soullight to enter there without getting attacked.

Mr Friendly neither . as far as I know it's personally owned . .the guy was BD I believe but as said it's personally owned not faction owned so all scum are welcome no matter where they come from
