Hahaha.... I've heard about that one before.... apparantly the actors were all pissed off with something (probably not their life ambition to be a childrens TV show presenter) or other so they made this joke episode. I can't remember wether they actually showed in on TV and loads of people got pissed off about it (wonder why) or wether they just kept it off screen..... but they should have known that EVERYTHING gets on the intermaweb.
