So what I've been thinking is that does ATL/AGL affect on tanks running speed at all when he/she draws his/her CS? I mean I have had over 110 in both ATL and AGL and still I moved like a fucking turtle when I drew my CS. Then I took few 10s away from them and I can't see ANY difference... so wtf o_O

it seems that way... that is part of the reason i sent my tank down the melee path I can't stand being a turret moving at the speed of a 0/2 spy.

Watching the difference on your screen is no where as dramatic as someone else watching the difference. Some tanks are just ridiculously fast with h-c equipped. A lot of this has to do with lag and incorrect character placement.

Tell me about it. Then I use fire/poison/energy on them, you know since all tanks claim that if a tank moves really fast it gimps his resists. yet they seem to take good damage like most tanks.

Even today, remember when codename andromeda was fighting you, and she was flying all over the place. wtf.
