Whats the history of it?

well they need to sort the bugs out inside the place so people can go in there once again, i belive there is part of it where if you go to you can only kill self to get out, but of course its all closed atm so its a moot point

it would be enjoyable to see it opened. There was all the hype with the mutants gaining use of high tech weapons and then that was the last I've heard about the place.

IIRC Regant was the son, or just "heir" to Lioon Reeza, but opposed him over some matters i can't recall, he set up his rule here, away from Neocron, MB and DoY.

Jup. Darkmetal is the inofficial GM Headquarter ( except for a small isle that can`t be reached by normal Players ( Teleport required )
