Need a spot of help with the NEXT epic

So I went to the desert racetrack and talked to the guy who says I need to go back and confront Maxwell about stealing the key. I head back to the A_09 opening to the prison where Maxy hangs out, and talked to him, but he just gives me the generic "go away" response.

What am I supposed to do now?

Check out Croncom.com for the epic run help list. As per the epic run list the person you seek is in outzone 3 where the hurlers spawned in the garage areas, he's in the right one at the back

Hmmmm....now if I can just find the way to Outzone 3. No problem finding the other 7 zones. >_<

Its right beside Industrial Area 2. He'll be right inside the big doors. Sometimes Hurlers kill em though.

To get to OZ3: PP3 --> IND 1 --> IND 2 --> OZ3.
