if you are factionless, does every faction show up in your F6 window as "neutral"

could someone who is factionless answer this one for me ?

All city clans allied all non city neutral from what i remember.

I am factionless and no one is hostile, at least in the f6 window. I can go anywhere i want as long as i don't have a negative sympaty with somebody.

how do you go about losing your faction and becoming factionless? And after you are factionless, can you pick a faction at some later time?

you go factionless when your symp with your faction drops bellow 0, if your not in a clan.

so if I'm tangent, and drop below 0, and then pop back above, do I become tangent again? or stay factionless? do you get kicked out or something?

You become factionless and to become tangent again you would need to get your symp back to 50 and pay 300k as if you were joining for the first time.
