I know we all love Smoker's Skill Manager. I was wondering if there is a plan to update it to the new stats for items, like new kami stats, PA, etc. While it is a great resource, I am finding the need more and more for other devices in addition to this one, and I did like how it was all in one. If you dont have it get it here (http://www.neocronnetwork.de/files/tools) .

P.S. If anybody knows how to crack the file so I can fix it myself that would be great too....

we should get 5 people together and all update one ini each (theres 5 ini's right?)

i already added camo PA and duranium boots because I wanted to make an updated tank setup...

its easy to do, someone should release an updated version since smoker doesn't seem to bother anymore...maybe i will

Maybe I'm a little confused here, but do you just open the ini, add what you need to, then save it that's it? I tried that but nothing happened. The info I added is there in the ini, but it doesn't show up in the skill manager.

You need to close and restart the skillmanager of course

Yes. That was several weeks ago that I changed the ini's, and in that time my computer itself has been restarted several times (for normal reasons.) So I dunno. :(

I'm going through all the armor I can find right now at mb and double checking the stats, when I get finished editing all the ini's I'll post a link to the new and updated D-Pad Style ones.

Edit: If anybody could go into TG and post me the values of Inq 4 equipment and other TG only items I would appreciate it.

Sorin. It seems for some reason adding your own actual TABS intot hte INI file doesn't work, not to sure about that.

What I do to combat that problem is simply modify tabs that are already there and change them to what I want. I take useless items and "turn them into" stuff that I want to use.

For example....

In my Smokers Skill Manager, I no longer have light/medium/heavy kevlar boots. Instead I have light/medium/heavy duranium boots, with thier proper statistics. I also no longer have tank PA4, i simply replaced it with Camo PA. (not sure if camo PA is actually any diff stats wise then PA3, but i put it in anyway! :p)

As for small changes like the filter heart's taking away less con, and the psi kami taking off 50 ppu, simple edits to the ini's will fix that.

Hope that helps.

Yes, that did help. Thanks.

I've got extra tabs working, no problem. updating as we speak, but again, if somebody wants to tell me what has been changed in the last several patches I would greatly appreciate it. I've gotten through most of the armor now.

There are 2 versions of Smoker's Skill manager.
The one off the German NC site installs with all the info in a General.ini file. The one i have is a full installer and it seprates the General file into smaller ones(Armor, imps, etc.)

I'll help update it if you need me to.

:wtf:

OMG. I'm going to go shoot myself for being too stupid to read the entire ini file to see something so obvious. (the part about changing the boots line under general to 13.) :(
