They need a make a belt that is a heavy energy/poison/fire/deflector all wrapped into one. Then give it a sweet name. Only one tho. And give it 0 req. How sweet.

but im askin if it can be personallized.

ps. when a gm creates a item he can specify the name of it(i think, bcuz thats how Dildo of Maven was created and all those pants on test server ;P)

I have played since september aught-2 and that and the zargus belt are the ONLY things i havent seen (not counting the mining tool in retail, which may or may not exist, i think reef smoker used to have one) and one of the things that would just be super to have.

AFAIK it never worked. When you go to talk to Einstein it gets messed up because he only wants to talk about his quest (which is also broken - missing NPC on that one IIRC).

I don't see any mention of the belt in there ;).
AFAIR they changes the glove from being +psi-pool because it was too usefull to hybrids.
In theory if the belt were set as having zero resale value it shouldn't drop as long as you are carrying 10 items with a resale value. No idea if KK would do that for you though and I seriously doubt they'd make it repair to artifact.

Nah, it initially gave +PPW but that was deemed to be too powerful for hybrids so they nerfed it to +50 mana instead.
