is there one? the neocron.ems.ru site hasnt been updated for quite some time, and doesnt even have any spy / monk / pe pa req's listed, and tryin to setup my new char so anyone got list of req's for the rifle spy pa's?

This is about the most up to date website right now. Its in german but you should still be able to tell whats what.
