why is it when i am 100 STR and 99 CON (base)
my rank is only **/65.
i have even done 8 epics, i heard that helps your
rank but no luck.

100str and 99 con with imps? I have a feeling you mean base. So what are your stats with imps? Also, do missions, they help your rank.
It's just buggy as all hell.
My spy is fully capped, done 1 epic. My overall rank is /66. A clanmate has a spy with an IDENTICAL implant setup, several int from capping, and is /70. :mad:

and what do you mean do missions ?
edit :: what do you mean 6th stat line ?
theres an invisible stat line just like str, dex, psi, constitution....
it can only be leveld by missions (note the 'Ding' sounds you hear occasionally when doing missions yet no stat leveld)
yeah i heard that sound a few times.
guess im doing missions for awhile then.
anyone know if the mission type makes a difference. the harder the mission the more the stat goes up i guess right ?

I've heard that no matter what, tanks can't get above two stars right now. Ezza knows more, he's leading the crusade against 2 star tankage.

he means skill rank.
and tanks need 2 stars otherwise they wont level faster than a PE on drugs

Tanks can get two stars. It's three stars Tanks can't get yet the other 3 classes can.
As for /xx rank, it's all about doing tons of missions to get a /70 rank.
yeah man, tank ranks are FUCKED more than any class in the game. KK seriously needs to fix this.
My spy is 2 int from being fully capped. His drugfree rank is /70. that is with 2 imps in that give absolutely no bonus to stats. So i might get him up to /72 without problems...
But anyways ranks dont mean shit.
Says me, rank 84/74.

PEs cant get 3 stars.
yes they can. rifle kami + drugs + capped silent hunter = 3 stars

My tanks rank is /64 with 95 con , everything else capped >_<
done 1 epic, going to do all pro-city this week =d
My PE had 82/67
no kami just SA, SF, exp ballistic 3 and distance weapon 3, got a RC3 PA 4 and took some drugs and pulled out a fully artifact 4 slot disruptor(which with the RC3 was fully capped)
yea its weird I've done every epic except TT whch im doing 2morrow if all goes to planned I'm a capped monk (well 91 int) and my rank is 65... oh well not like it matters.
