I have one of those. It is shocking the amount of force it generates. Try using it with your arm extended in front of you, see how long you can last. :D
i doubt its new....
but its cool....and its going to hurt if i use it too much (lol) so i bought it.

I would have to say this is the first time on the Neocron forums that I have seen something like THAT come up.....although I'm definitly sure it's not the first time it's ever been up. *shakes her head* if you're looking up those kind of machines TX.....you got too much time on your hands and not a good enough g/f. :lol:

Most of the NC community is just lazy slobs who don't work out, so they'd never hear of something like this.

well it arrived, and yes it made me look like a plonker (not too difficult) coz i couldnt figure out how to turn it on (no jokes).
i've got the hang of it now and its super cool....and just before you all cut me down as to why i want to "improve my grip strength" take into account i'm doing it for a fitness test for a new job.
and its the best way i can think of improving my grip in a short amount of time.
plus its cool.
oh and i wrote this with my eyeballs coz my arms are broken lol.
ive hand one of those in my hands a few months ago...
its nog easy though ! really but good for repetitive strain injury and other things cool item ;)

You know you can cheat most grip machine's..
You just swing your arm down as you make your fist, it's a little extra force and make's the machine thing you've got a much stronger grip..
that ball thing has been in a gadget catalogue i get every month and has nothing new in it for the past year (incase we all dont remember, i like in the US)... its been around for a long while
it sounded neat, i thought about getting one, but then i realized something... sadly i promptly forgot what i realized and went back to making fun of someone... like QD or Ren or something... hmm...
now back to more important matters, like... sex with jello snack cups...
