Can someone tell me the % stats needed to cap aiming and damage for all types of weapons (PSI, melee, pistols & rifles)?
All weapons cap at 178% damage and 267% aiming. Psi modules cap at (I think) 640% damage and aiming.

Not sure about melee (probably the same damage....aiming doesn't count).
PPU: 576% Damage/Aiming doesn't count.
APU: 6xx%(Sorry never cared enough towards the end when I was setting up APUs :p)/Aiming doesn't count.

What are the caps for drones? Same as pistols/rifles/cannons?
Yep, drone caps are the same as those.

Jep, APU modules cap at 648%
APU : 648
PPU : 580 (not totally sure)
Plasma cannon : dmg 178 aim : 267 freq : 227 recoil : 9 range : 540 (i think)
Uzi : dmg : 178 aim : 267 freq : 370 (or 390 if higher it just shoots without hitting inbetween reloads) recoil : x? range : 200 (i think)
I belive those are the numbers.. not sure on other things.
