What are the current effects/limitations of the LE chip?

Well, the title says it all.
Having been away for a long time I'm a bit out of date and dusty, and was wondering what the limitations or penalties are for having the LE chip in nowadays.

YOu don't need any extra stats to use weapons with it in

You get the same XP as people with it out now

You gain the same XP/Cash ina team now.

But if you take it out, u can't put it back in if u go over rank 30

AFAIK..... NOTHING, other than not being able to shoot other non LEed runners.
Oh, you can't join a clan.
And they fixed the thing where you can't re imp it above rank 30.

Penalties are basically the following:

It takes up a brain slot.
You can't join clans.
You can't participate in PvP.
You can't get buffed by people without LEs

Bonuses are basically the following:

All items get dropped in your backpack, so you get al your items back by using the GenRep function.
You can't participate in PvP.

1. You lose a brain slot
2. You can't join a clan
3. You cannot be healed/buffed by non-LE players
4. You cannot harm any other player
5. Other players cannot harm you
6. You never drop a belt when you die

That's about it...

Since patch 195, it is no longer possible to reimplant the LE when you've reached skill rank 30. Keep that in mind.

Another note, most epic runs require you to kill somebody. Since this is not possible with a LE chip, epic runs are not possible for LE runners. You need to buy the epic item off somebody else if you really need it.
