Account Payment Options

Can someone please tell me who I have to talk to/email to get my
payment options reset so PayByCash can pay my account ?

This might not be the answer you are looking for but I think you have to cancel your account to change pretty much anything about payment options.

Well my account expired about a week ago. I sent a payment in
which PayByCash got but then worldpay was down or some crap.
So they decide to cancel my account. Now theres no option to
restart payments or change payment options on the edit account
screen.
