cant log char

I was at El farid with my APU yesterday and decided i would GR to NC. i got chucked back to the login screen with a message similar to this:
Unable to connect to server: Char moved to apartment. Please relog

Since then i haven't been able to log this char, all other chars are fine but not that char, Just get that message over and over

Anyone else had this?
and who should i contact with this problem?
