Custom Reticles

I have seen lots of screenshots with "custom" reticles. Is this a changeable thing through a legal type of hack or is it different versions of the game?

Of course I would like to experiment with them...:)

download and install bramtops neocronlauncher pro: and you have yourself a nice reticule: altough that he constantly gives some message when starting up: concerning gfx with patch 195: really annoying, but for the rest it is topclass :)
