Size (Pixel/File):
The maximum size of your custom image is 70 by 70 pixels or
10000 bytes (whichever is smaller).

Prohibited:
Stormbot (Reakktor), Copbot/Warbot (Volunteer Moderators/GM's)
and Faction Counsellor avatars are the exclusive domain of
Reakktor staff and volunteers. Custom avatars/signatures may
not break other forum rules and may not resemble official avatars.

You don't need a host for your avatar do you? Isin't it hosted by the forum servers or some such?

Yes they are hosted, I think if you enter the path to your avatar you should get it up. (Easiest way to check the path is by right clicking the image and selecting properties)
