What are the caps for the dif skills? INT DEX ect.

Also can i get a list of parts I need to make SF and SA?

INT 60, STR 60, CON 65, DEX 80, PSI 35

As for all non-MC5 CPU's you need 5 parts: hull, frame, core, component and technology.
For MC5 CPUs (like SA) you need 6 parts: hull, frame, core, component, technology and additional technology.

if you don't already know about the skillmanager you might wanna try it out for different PE setups...

However any setup you make there will always still need to be tested in the actual game to ensure its efficiency
