Ok i got me fraps...but i only get 2 FPS in my app with no one else in it...

im running NC in 1024x768...

n e ideas on how to get the FPS up apart from lower the ress?

either buy a new PC or lower the FPS rate with which one you record your videos.

wow im lucky to get 10-15 frames on 640x480 on a AMD2500 with recording on extra SATA HD.

record half-size, put 640x480 resolution (fraps only records that size). But it doesn't help much, maybe 10 fps..

Using TV-Out/In trick (record on video, then video-in make it an avi) works 100%. But needs stuff...
