Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I am having problems while going into certain areas of Neocron, these areas include MC-5 and J_01, i seem to fall through the floor and end up underneath the land. My system specs are as follows:

-AMD Athlon XP 2600+
-1.5 DDR 400 RAM
-ATI Sapphire 9600 XT
-Asus A7V8X-X

run a file check.. or try and reinstall your vid card drivers.. if that doesn't work.. reinstall neocron..
