how do you do the proto epic then?
me and a m8 are trying to do it but as we all no the prison is blocked off so we have to go to a_09 but thats now blocked off as well.

so where are we going to finnish the last mission?

submit a ticket in game, the GMs probably need to respawn the NPCs in the correct location.
