Okay, I'm at work, cant get to NC to test this one. I want to know what Weapon Lore and Pistol level caps the libby on damage and RoF. Just got skill manager idling in the background and throwing out some characters... don't want to overspec WL or Pistol really.

Also, anyone know the WL and Pistol for a blacksun? I'm assuming it might be less than the libby but with the T-C.
