New Patch Soon; Point Reset?

Well the next patch is coming soon and its gonna have lotsa changes in spell reqs and such... so I was wondering if anyone know (or can tell me) if theres gonna be a point reset?

I remember it was speculated that there will be one but that was a few weeks ago...

Can I get a more definite answer or is it one of those "I'll tell ya but then i'd have to kill ya" type things?

Why do we have to have people asking for a point reset every
single patch? Use the lom pills, thats what theyre for. Feck Im
always LoMing and its no biggie.

anything that goes with a patch will undoubtedly be listed in the patch notes and those are up and for discussion when a patch IS released
